TED Enquiry Triage portal

Web-based enquiry triage and routing dashboard for TED and its licensing partner, transforming incoming media enquiries into a structured workflow for licensing or direct response.

Project

TED receives media enquiries through its website, with requests requiring different destinations depending on their nature. I developed a lightweight internal platform that takes submissions from TED's existing media enquiry form and provides a structured workflow for processing and routing them.

The system was built in PHP, CSS and JavaScript, working alongside an internal software engineer to integrate with TED's existing enquiry infrastructure rather than replacing it.

Incoming enquiry data is captured and presented through an internal dashboard, allowing the appropriate team to review the request and determine whether it should enter the video licensing process or be routed back to TED for direct handling.

The focus was on creating a simple internal tool that could sit around an existing workflow without introducing unnecessary complexity. The result is a centralised interface for managing enquiries and making the handoff between TED and its licensing partner more structured and consistent.
