Rich Devenport

I design, build and architect digital products, working directly with businesses and as a white-label technical resource for agencies.

I also run a managed hosting business supporting 100+ UK businesses, giving me hands-on experience across product development, infrastructure and deployment.

CTO: GLP-1 Consumer Data & ML Platform
Product architecture and SaaS development for a consumer intelligence platform serving GLP-1 providers.

CTO: Gatha / UK Homes Network
Product architecture and delivery for a UK property social platform. Leading migration of 3,000 users from a boilerplate SaaS platform to a bespoke React application, with public launch scheduled for November 2026.

Technical Co-Founder: Refurb Calculator
Product architecture and development of a property refurbishment estimating SaaS platform, incorporating regional labour, material and quantity surveying data.

Fractional product, design and technical consultancy for property developers, covering systems architecture, digital products and marketing infrastructure.

UK managed hosting provider for SMEs and local businesses. 10+ years of infrastructure, server management, hosting and deployment experience.

Background

My background is rooted in graphic design, commercial photography and web design. I started out as a teenager self-taught in Illustrator and Photoshop before moving into commercial print and photography, eventually combining design with web development and hosting.

That progression has taken me from designing individual websites to architecting SaaS products, working with APIs and databases, and managing the infrastructure they run on. I now work directly with businesses and white-label for agencies, either on individual projects or as a fractional consultant on retainer.
